Benjamin S. Terner, Esq., LL.M.
Managing Director
Mr. Terner has over 18 years experience in the alternative risk transfer and capital businesses. He is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New Jersey. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University of Law in Fort Worth, Texas teaching risk management. Mr. Terner holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego; he holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from West Virginia University in Morgantown, and an International Business Certificate in Finance from the University Fillipin, Treviso, Italy.
Casper J. LaBarbera
Managing Partner
Mr. LaBarbera's focus includes development and oversight of the operations, sales & marketing, and information technology departments. He held a FINRA Series 3 and 7 licenses while working at some of the largest global investment banks. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from West Virginia University in Morgantown.

Andrew Gerardy
Vice-President: Underwriting
Andrew Gerardy has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years. While attending UCLA, Andrew worked for a boutique insurance firm in the underwriting department. After graduation, he took a job at JP Morgan Chase in Dallas, working as a residential mortgage underwriter while simultaneously obtaining a Master’s Degree. During his time at Chase, Andrew was also playing semi-pro soccer and coaching gymnastics on the side as a hobby. Andrew also recently had roles at Silicon Valley Bank-Commercial Finance, PennyMac, LLC-Associate Vice President of Underwriting.
